Well I found this video on Youtube it's really good. All these people say God Bless and such. Avril Lavine sings her song in the background and it goes well with the pictures and what the people say. Don't know if this will be what you're looking for. But just check it out please.

Ok after searching for 30 minutes for this site I found something for you and I cried the first time I read this mans story and heard the songs His name is Luke Stricklen so look at his web page and read about how he wrote the songs and listen to the songs or at least part of some. I dont like country but damn this is good.

well,i dont know any songs really like that, but theres a song called Two Weeks From Twenty - Yellowcard. Its amazing, and its about a soldier, and how the government doesnt care about the people that go over to iraq. its incredible.

well, where'd you go by fort minor fits the scenario, but it wasn't mad specifically for soldiers. it's for anyone who has a family member that's not at home
