ok.. that's a tough problem because before i even had that kind of problem, insomia that is i think... i overcome that when i enter college. i'm too busy that everytime at night i really felt sleepy... Maybe you just have to get your self busy and do not forget to eat your meal so that you will get sleepy

The problems should make a solution for you.

Do hard physical work, may cleaning your house, washing clothes not in the machine but by hand, or any other work u know is physical and would be tiring. Eat ur dinner around 8 pm, after that go for a stroll for a Km take deep breath slowly and exhale slowly, u can do in the count of your foot step.

e.g inhale slowly for 3 steps and retain for 3 steps and exhale for the next 3 steps, do this for a hundred steps or more.

After coming and before going to sleep, dring a warm or hot glass of (boiled ) milk with a little turmeric and sugar for taste

Take any oil like Castor oil or Coconut oil, apply on the eyebrow, close ur eyes and apply on the eyes, and later with your palm massage your eyes slowly, u will feel relaxed, u will find ur eyes heavy and u will go to sleep. Do this for a week to fortnight, you will find good results.

Do not waTCH Tv OR BE WITH COMPUTER MORE THAN IT IS REQUIRED.

A few hours try to get relaxed before sleep. Make sure there is nothing that is worrying you that is keeping you awake, If there is a way to resolve this then do so. Before bed think of nice things and learn to meditate on calming things that are restful. A glass of warm milk is always good too. I usually have one but let the room temperature warm it for me. Hope this helps but if it does not then you may want to see a therapist to see if there is anything bugging you.

Don't eat before going to bed and that goes along with exercising. No TV and try some relaxing sounds, like the ocean or something you enjoy. If that doesn't help, seek medical help because the longer you have insomnia, the harder it is to get rid of it. Prescibed meds should only be used short term too. Hope that helps.

Get some exercises. That usually tires me out along with a warm glass of milk.

Tylenol PM, that is the best thing I have ever used. You do not wake up hung over and you go to sleep fast. You have to be able to tolerate tylenol and benadryl.
