I signed up thru this program that had 8 weeks free. They charged me 4 weeks into my "membership". I signed the contract for that and i understand the technicality but i did have a cuopon for 8 weeks free. I got two 1/2 hour sesions of personal training where the trainer asked me if i wanted to buy 16 or so sessions for like $700. I said i'd think about it. b4 our 2nd session i called her and told her i had decided not 2 get the personal training. When i actually went in for my session i was put in a room and hasseled by some other lady telling me i wasent gonn abe able 2 do it alone and if i couldnt afford it outta pocket to put it on a credit card meanwhile the trainer was sitting in a corner of the room with her arms crossed i was there for 15 min. I called and complained and was transfferd to a diffrent club farther away form my home instead of being cx like a wanted to. I complained untill i got outta the contract. Now, a week later they charged my account $39.what should i do?

Call your local News team. In Detroit they have people on the staff that go out and do mini reports on shady business people/practices in the area. I don't know what kind of retribution you'll get out of it but at least they'll end up getting called out on the evening news for jerking people around.

Bite the bullet, they already got your money out of your account.
You can file with BBB and they will use your complaint to back up someones else's. An acquantenance of mine recently got hooked by an internet diet scam because she was not cautious about where she clicked. You have just leartned a valueable lesson which has cost other ppl up to $1,000 or more. If the priciple of the thing has upgraded your ire index, try Texas Justice, Judge Judy etc., but it's more economical to cut your losses in this case.

Maybe the Better Business Bureau - you can look them up online and I believe you can even file a complaint online.

Find the number for their corporate headquarters and file a complaint. They're not gonna want the bad publicity, and they're likely to try to fix your problem themselves.
