You mean what problem he has other than his barber being pissed at him? First the "Malice at the Palice", then he's arrested for domestic violence. He comes from a violent past and had a rough upbringing. In no way does that excuse ANYTHING he does. I had a rough upbringing as well, but it doesn't make me go out and beat down a fan or a woman. Artest needs some professional help. He's got it together on the court, but he missed the mark as a person.

IMO, it's his deteriorating on-court skills. After the long layoff by the Pacers, he's not the same player anymore. At times he can show his defensive ability, but there's no consistency.

I think his off-court antics merely a cover-up.

He just has poor self control. He can't keep his temper in check. That kind of person is dangerous. He's going to ruin his life if he keeps it up. What good is money if you are in prison for the rest of your life? Not much.

Two words:
Latrell Sprewell

These two have SOO much in common, and I'll predict we'll add another commonality soon - unemployed, and untouchable (by any team).
