what are ways to gain more self control over oneself? a major aspect of that are things like heart rate, energy level, perception of time, and other involuntary actions. what are ways to consciously control those actions?

Biofeedback training can help you to control things like heart rate and body temperature and has been used to aid in pain management. Additionally, hypnosis can be used as well and is merely deep relazation to the point of trance where you are in an altered state.

In a bad situation you just cant control your anger. It takes pre-planning.also yoga
