Is it a good idea to go to sauna in subzero weather ?

I am affraid to get sick while leaving the spa place and walking toward my car ?

If you are a health nut...and wait until your bod tempt adjusts to temps.

And you do not have far to go...mmmm

I give you a 80/20 of not contracting a cold/virus etc.!

The Swedes do it all the time. It is why they all look so healthy. The weak ones die off.
