I went to the doctor after not getting my period since going of bc in dec. I have a history of irregular cycles...so I didn't take a pg test. My doctor prescribed a natural progesterone and told me it should be a heavy one since I hadn't had a period since dec. My doctor also told me to take a hpt if I didn't get my period.
Six days after stopping the progesterone I started to spot lightly....it seemed to be turning into my period but I only had a medium flow one day and it has been just spotting for the last day.
I usually have heavy periods...AND my doctor told me that it should be a heavy period but it was the lightest period I've ever had. Any chance that I was pregnant? Any similar cases out there or opinions?

there is a chance that you could be pregnant .. sometimes when the egg implants in the lining of the uterus a bit of spotting can occur.. go get a hpt.. there are some out there you can use up to 4 days before you are expected to get your period.
