Not sure about icing but i am positive that claire's does. They dont actually charge for the peircing but they do charge for the earring that they use. The earrings that you can choose varies from about 21-35 dollars. good luck

Yes they peirce ears. But that is all they peirce. The other girls are probably right about the $20 range.

yes most stores do, but it may depend on where you go. The cost depends on which earrings you buy, but if they use a peircing gun you shouldnt get it done there because those are unsanitary and can cause uneeded trauma to your ears, making htem take longer to heal. You should go to a peircing parlour where they use hollow needles, that is the best way to do it, and it will cost about the same.

i got my daughters done at Claire's. the price varies depending on the earrings you choose, they have a good selection, hers were 34 and the cheapest were about 24. they only do ears. the piercing comes free when you buy the earrings, you have to buy them from them to have it done there. I must say they had a great selection, more than i've seen anywhere, she got pink rinestone flowers lol. they did it great, she was scared a little , they got two girls and did both at once so there was no agruing after the 1st one went in like most places would have!

All I know is that the peirceing itself is free but you have to pay for the studs.
