I am trying to understand creative commons liscencing on photos made available on this site called flickr.

Here is a picture of a cool-old fire engine:
http://flickr.com/photos/elsie/11834850/
Notice in the right column (near the bottom) it says "Additional Information ...Some rights reserved" with a link to a the rules for use: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/ which says, "You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor..."

I do not see a attribution manner *specified by the author in any photos under creative commons liscence on flickr.

What *exactly do I have to include on my website to use that photo or another photo with an identical license?

From what I understand it would be need to be within guidelines set by the either the author or licensor but since it gives no indication of what this is you'd need to try and contact either and ask but if they give no contact info that would be hard.
