You may need counseling and help to learn how to better control your emotions and react differently to things. Think before reacting to things. Good luck to you. I used to be just like you so i know what you are going through. You can change though if you work at it. You may also want to talk to a doctor about this as well and they may be able to help you.

Do not take things personally. I know this is weird, but to make myself not take things so personally I tell myself "You are not that important." In other words, people aren't planning their days around making me miserable. My boyfriend isn't in a bad mood just because I am not perfect. I'm not THAT important. Who am I to think I am? Silly, but it works.
