..throughout the body? That is aches and pains not so obviously related to good immunity, like as in the symtoms of a cold etc.

It can. Your immune system is reponsible for restoring, protecting and defending every cell of your body from the effects of injury and disease. This means that if you "catch something" your immune system is responsible for fighting off the bad guys. If you overwork a joint (for example), your immune system is responsible for repairing the damaged tissue.

In the case of chronic inflammation, the immune system can fall behind in its job and the result is chronic, but minor (at first) aches and pains. These are the symptoms of tissue damage in the body.

Given time, rest and proper diet, the body will take the raw materials from your diet and rebuild, and /or repair, the damaged tissue and you'll feel fine again.

A healthy immune system means you have good health. So it could be assumed that you will also avoid the aches and pains of a poor immune system. The exception is you either have cancer or your 100 years old. Aches and pains during colds is normal. Your immune system found a reason to take a vacation for a while. Fortify yourself and get over the cold.

no...a good immune system protects you from illneses bu not aches and pains. The aging process and arthritis, injuries, lack of exercise all contribute to pain.

probably so...however,another possibility could be that not feeling well generally, might be a result of a healthy immune system doing its' work.

it depends on what type ofpains. head aches can be caused by stress or loud noices, bodily pains can be caused by working them to hard or hitting them on something, but if you are talking about stuff like stomach aches and other stuff like that, then yeah.
