It's best but it just for simulation, for other sections like fighting, shooting, racing, action/adventure, it CAN'T be the best

the sims 2 is a pretty awesome game.
But I don't know if I'd go as far as to say 'the best.' Maybe one of the best computer games ever, but there are so many genres of games that it's hard to say the sims2 is the best of every single game of every category evereverever.
