AAA offers the best overall discounts. But you must stay 3 days or longer to take advantage of their park ticket discount. Membership is also required.
Your local Disney Store also sells Disney World (as well as Disneyland) park tickets for a small discount.
Also be sure to check out the discounts available through Costco's and Sam's Club Travel Services - membership is also required.

There are very few places that WDW tickets are offered at a discount. AAA is one, having an Annual pass will allow you to buy additional tickets at a discount. Check "disneyears.com" for other places
