1. Try to pretend you're just dancing alone, but still do you're best. After all, the worst thing the person can do at the audition is say no. It's not he end of the world if you get turned down.(not to be harsh, sorry I sound SO mean right now)
2. Sit in your split. If you have until saturday, sit in it for a looonnggg time while you're watching TV or reading or sumthin, but in that limited amount of time you have to really stretch to get it.

1) Choose a song that really touches you and use the dance to express yourself. If you can choose your own music for the first time they see you dance, this is your best bet. Just close your eyes and feel the music for a second, then launch into the best routine you can pull off. Trust me, you won't be thinking about who's watching, just what you are feeling.
2) If you are almost there, doing the splits is not all that tough. Just be sure you stretch really well before you practice, and practice every day.

1. I know it's easier said than done, but relax. Don't care so much what people think of you. Dance around in your room, then in front of your family, then infront of close friends and work your way up to complete confidence.
2. Do it yoga style. Go as far as you can go, then stay there for a while focussing on relaxing the muscles. Once it stops hurting go a little further, repeat until you've got it. You probably won't be able to go all the way to the ground the first time, but keep at it and you will retrain your muscles.

well first practice in front of da mirror and for da split stretch and try to go a lil further every hour. stay in dat position for 10 mins then u will eventually get to a split

1) Well you just need to not think about whose around you and just do what you do best.. Dance!! Donnt worry what others think about you and do what you know you can do...just practice in front of people and you will gradually be less shy...
2) You need to stretch you inner thighs really good...when your wachin tv be stretchin and before you go to bed and just attempt to do them everyday untill you can do them... thats really the only way..

When you dance ,any kind of dancing ,listen to the music and the rhythm.Focus on the music and your body will absord the music and you will forget the people around you.

well when i did my audion i got like you and felt very shy all i did is pretend that noting is around and consenate on the rutene ok so pretend all the girls arnt there and dont worry wat othe people think
splits well ity would be difficult but all you do is practise even harder and if you do it at nite or when u get home u should have it good luck

for the splits...stretch first, and while you're watching tv or something...try to stay in a split during all of the commercial breaks without taking a break...you should have it then.
