The baby should be laying down on his back with this song. I usually sang it after I had changed a diaper.
1st verse- The wheels on the bus go round & round. Round & round. Round & round. The wheels on the bus go round & round all through the town.
As your singing this- move their legs in circular motion going round & round.

2nd verse- The people on the bus go up & down. Up & down. Up & down. The people on the bus go up & down all through the town.
As your singing this verse, raise his arms above his head going up & down.

3rd verse- The wipers on the bus go back & forth. Back & forth. Back & forth. The wipers on the bus go back & forth all through the town.
As you sing this verse, move his arms to his right & left. By doing this his body turns too.

My son is 3 yrs old and still likes this song. LOL!

Enjoy!

Psalm127:3
3 Children are a gift from the LORD;
they are a reward from him.

A lot of songs by Laurie Berkner you can do gestures to:
Song in My Tummy- Rubbing tummy, wiggling toes, shaking head and some others
I'm Gonna Catch You- Running around, jumping, turning around
I Know a Chicken- Shaking fake eggs

Those are just a few.

I know you did not ask, but some books that have movements in them that my girls have enjoyed are From Head to Toe by Eric Carl and We're Going on a Bear Hunt.

Hi,
Isn't it fun to sing these songs with your children? Below I listed a website I found - I'm sure there's more like this one - where the song is written out with a description of the gestures that go along with it and you can also listen and/or record the song itself.
Here's an example:

Five Little Pumpkins

Five little pumpkins (Hold up all 5 fingers)
Sitting on a gate
The first one said,
“Oh, my, it’s getting late!” (Point to wrist like checking the time)
The second one said,
“There are witches in the air!” (Point up and across, like pointing to the witches flying)
The third one said,
“But we don’t care!” (Shake head like saying “no”)
The fourth one said,
“Let’s run and run and run!” (Move arms like you’re running)
The fifth one said,
“I’m ready for some fun!” (A big smile)
OOOOOOOH, went the wind
And OUT went the light (Clap on “out”)
And the five little pumpkins (Hold up five fingers again)
Rolled out of sight. (Roll hands, one over the other)

and you can download the song itself too.

Where is thumbkin, where is thumpkin
Here I am, here I am
How are you today sir
Very well I thank you
Run away, run away

(Picture 2 thumbs coming out from behind your back, having a conversation, then running away behind your back)

Repeat with pointer finger, middle finger, ring finger, and pinky, and then to all fingers.

There is also Ring Around the Rosie and London Bridges Falling Down.

"Little bunny foo foo hopping through the forest picking up the field mice and bop them on the head" (do the gestures of the bunny hopping, "scooping" the mice and bobing them on the head)
Along came the good fairy and sheee said....little bunny foo foo I dont wanna see you picking up the field mice and boping them on the head. I'll give you three chances, and if you keep doing it i'll turn you into (something funny cute and creative)(gestures go along with lyrics...mabye a twinkling with your fingers for the fairy comming down)

...repeat for all three chances
=)
it was a favorite for me!

If you're happy and you know it "clap your hands". clap, clap, clap...
If you're happy and you know it "clap your hands". clap, clap, clap...
If you're happy and you know it and you really want to show it, if you're happy and you know it "clap your hands". clap, clap, clap...

Repeat but change the "clap your hands" part with something else.
