Other than being a psychologist of course. If sex therapy must you take medicine too?

To specialize in any therapy (sex, marriage, family, etc) you will need to take additional courses after college to be accredited. Psychology is a tough area to get into with only a Bachelor's, unless of course you want to go into research.

You could work in a nursing home or a care facility for people with brain injuries...like those who have been in a motorcycle accident.

You could do architectural psychology too, which is where you help design building layouts and landscaping to be appealing to consumers.
