C sounds simplest... D sounds most correct.

I like D. That is a tough question. Because even B is right.

I would say A is absolutely wrong.

But the judiciary's job is to review the Executive and legislative branch to make sure they do not violate the Constitution.

So are you suggesting they should be obsolete . You may not like a Democratically controlled congress , but there are checks and balances and you should be glad there are
