It would be far better not to feed these foods to your fish unless it's sick. The food contains antibiotics and unless you are treating an illness can lead to resistant bacteria and reduced immune response in your fish. Not only that but if enough gets in the water it can damage your nitrogen cycle.

No only use when stressed or ill. I know of people who use it once a year in the spring to boost the immune systems of fish. Using it regularly makes drug resistant bacteria and will eventually harm your fish. Same reason why people don't shouldn't over use anti-biotics. Feed for the time specified. If you don't need it you will have to toss it in a few months.

Only when they are sick, and you also have to feed regular food during treatment. The medicated "food" really isn't food at all. Its like aspirin for fish, meaning it doesn't have any real food value. Its just a medicine.
