If they fought, it would be one heck of a match. I think Benoit would win. He has excellent skills and much more wrestling ability than Jericho.

Idk if you werre talking about when Jericho was still around or if now...But if you were talking about today...I would say Chris Benoit...Because the best finisher/submission the crippler crossface is not a move to be in
