You can keep changing tampons but should only need to do it every 3 or 4 hours, depending on you flow. If you are having heavy periods, then use a maxi tampon. It won't pull your insides out just be sure to be gently, perhaps do it in the bath if you have a hard time getting a half filled one out.
Good Luck :)

It can hurt you if it isn't at least half way full. Give it a couple of hours the first day and then more like 3 to 4 hours the next day. Don't keep putting them in and taking them out. That's not exactly good for you.

Well it's not good to use a tampon for too long because you will get very sick. If you've never heard of toxic shock syndrome, it happens when you use tampons for too long. It's kind of like a bacteria from it, it gives you a fever, diarreah, headache, muscle aches, and you might even pass out. So just be careful.

You should change your tampons regularly anyways. As far as changing them right away, I do not believe it is going to take anything out of you. How often you change depends on your flow, if you put the tampon in right you should not feel it at all.

i think changing them so much is just going to irritate down there...unless you are having a heavy period..but even then i would use like a super jumbo one with a huge pad....
plus, its a waste of tampons, it seems sketchy to keep hurrying off to the bathroom, its is time consuming

i usually keep mine in (on a normal day) for like six to eight hours

Yes, you need to change them when you need to according to your flow and what absorbency you're using.
Read the instructions with the tampons.

You might be have trouble with them because you try it to often. They do rob you of moisture if you take them out and try again to many times. But other than that there is no problem.

I suggest you read the information leaflet that comes in the packet. If that doesn't answer your question and you don't know anyone you can talk to about it, phone the customer enquiry number on that information leaflet.
