you can go to imdb.com/titles/Music&Lyrics and then to the left click on cast and crew and find out who the costume designer was, then go to the web site www.costumedesignersguild and check out if that designer has a website and contact her or him and ask them where they bought her clothes.Hope that helps

If you mean literally what she wore, I'm sure she'll sell for charity. If you mean clothes like that, I would suggest a thrift store.
