First of all, Bearded Dragons shouldn't eat lettuce. There is virtually no nutrients in it. Try offering kale, mustard greens and collard greens to it's diet.
Bearded Dragons are normally huge eaters. The posters above me said that it is normal for them to go weeks without eating, that is not true.
It is normal however for them to eat at different times of the day. Leave the food in, and crickets hopping about his cage all day and see if any dissapears. Your Beardie should be eating 10+ crickets a day.
If he isn't eating still, something may be wrong. Is his warm side of his home 90°? Is the the cool side 75°? Does he have lots of fresh water supplied all the time?
Does he have at least a 50 gallon tank for a home?
If all of these things are correct a vet visit might be in order

Well before aproper answer can be given there is more information needed to answer this question.
What temp is she at?(low temps cause lethargy in herps. Raise temp to above 95 uring the day.)
What substrate are you using?(Could be an impaction. Some sand when eaten can cause a intestinal blockage, this is an emergency. Give the animal a SMALL dose of animal laxitive and get to vet asap!)
Have you had her wormed or did the breeder do so?
(parasites happen. Try a product called ParaZap available online and it works!)
what size tank is she in?
Are there any stressors such as large dogs at her level or cats around to tease her?(could be stress. Obeserve her day and see what could be bothering her. Cover the tank safely and see if this inproves her. Also be sure to have a timer on her lights to crate a day and night atmosphere.)
You see there are alot of reasons herps wont eat, sometimes its just because they just arent hungry. Either way, untily uo get her to eat give her small doeses saily of Jump Start it costs about 10-13.00 at pet stores and is a nutricional supliment that also has a apetite stimlant. This will help until you get her settled and eatin again or at least to a vet.
Also...
Feeding for a beardie should be full of variety, they are like goats. Try a mixture of Strawberries, Zuccini, Collard greens and carrots, try to lay off the romaine, its a little too questionable.
Good Luck.

try checking the temperature of his habitat. If its to warm or cold he may not have an appetite. Boston lettuce is more nutrition. Try that. Whens the last time you cleaned out his cage? Does he have water that he can get into to sit in?
If he goes to long with out eating, you should take him to a vet.

Try keeping 7-9 crickets in his tank for around a day. Also try mealworms that move a lot. Don't worry though, they can live without food for more then a day.

relax...your lizard will not starve
get some one to help you and give him or her a nice warm bath in shallow water for about ten minutes then put him back in his home and don't try to feed him for a day or two. He has a tummy ache and will eat again when it goes away.
next time you give him green food try other stuff too, mustard greens, kale, chard and even dandelions give him better vitamins and minerals than lettuce
make sure your lizard always has fresh water too

Lizards/reptiles have a way different method to eating and digesting their food. Mine can go days without eating, they store their food, and digest it very slow.
