Some things that help
- Don't read ads and click on them...
- Don't believe everything you read or get with your mail
- Install a good firewall program (Zonealarm, Kerio)
- Install a good anti-virus program (AV, Avast, Clamwin, NOD32, Norton, McAfee, etc etc etc)
- Install good anti-spyware program (Pestpatrol, Sybot S&D, etc.)
- Install a good anti-rootkot program
- Don't always work as the admin on your PC
- Use good passwords which contain numbers, capital and small letters and things like , ; : / . ? = + - in them
- Don't write your passwords down
- Save your files to a seperate folder and encrypt it (PGP)
- Encrypt your e-mail messages (PGP)

Secure your Computer properly, put a firewall on it, use common
sense like not clicking on attachments in e-mail, keep your pc up to date.

You can't, if the blogbaba wants in, he's just about unstoppable. I suppose you can try and unplug the port wires, but eventually, if you have anything that interests a blogbaba, your giving it up. At least blogbaba's are polite enough to come and go as we please without you knowing we are there.

Not sure what you mean 'hacked'.

Do you mean like keyloggers and viruses?

Get a good firewall and antivirus.
Firewall: Zonealarm
Antivirus: Nod32 or bitdefender.

AVG antivirus-http:free.grisoft.com and Windows Defender, which id free from Microsoft's site.

you just have to bring in windows updates
go to tools across the top
