ooh...thats a good song. I don't know which one I relate to the most, but I really like Thanks for the memories. "Thanks for the memories even though they weren't that great" It makes me think of a time when me and this guy were really good friends, and then things got confusing and now we don't talk that much. Even though they aren't great memories I still cherish them because they made me who I am today.

Bang the Doldrums because well the guy I'm with we have such a strange relationship and I want to committ but at the same time I can't. The part that says "Best friends ex friends till the end" I think of it as we were friends before this thing started but now hes one of the closest people to me."Better off as lovers and not the other way around" well I know we're supposed to be together but it scares me to committ to him.
Also I'm Like a Lawyer....(Me&You) It just makes me feel like if we hadn't made so many mistakes in the past we would be okay. Espically that line "We're the new face of failure prettier and younger but not any better off"

I love the way you related this song to your life. But I would have to say that the song that best describes me in my current situation would be Hum Hallelujah. Because it says "We're the new face of failure, prettier and younger but not any better off." And sometimes my life feels like no matter how hard I try I always fail. But all of their songs relate to me in one way or another.

i guess Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying where in the end they speak "from day one ive been talking about but not...." its not exactly relating to me in anyway, but one time i was really sad because of what my [ex] friend did, and it just really seemed to touch me and its been my favorite FOB song since.

your not best friends with your best friend all because you asked her out and she said no???? what a friend.... but true, my best friend thought i was gay too.. that sucked... she wasn't the only one that thought i was gay though.. that sucked even more.
