Couldn't watch it as freeview was playing up due to the weather.
But i did see Richard Johnson doing a similar item on The Food Show. He selected a cow, killed it at the abatior and then had to sit and eat a piece of it. He cried as he ate it. I was very moved by the piece. I think the time slot is a bit late as more might watch if it was on a little earlier.
We now only buy organic meat & veg and then only when we know exactly what we are going to make with it. I hate wasting food and this has made us respect the animals/ plants/ food a little more.

Oh no! I forgot to watch it.
The title reminded me of a conversation I had with a friend at work where we discussed which of our work collegues would be most worth eating if we were all locked in and starving. We decided on the big beefy driver if we could manage to overpower him.
Im guessing this program is more along the lines of rabbits and squirells though :)

couldn't bring myself to watch it, but have it recorded .....

i couldn't stand the advert for it, so how i will cope with the actual programme, is any ones guess?

I was veggie, but have been UN veggie for nearly 2 years...have no intention of becoming veggie again,as I'm not sad enough to think the animals we eat are put to sleep with a lullaby
