i finished watching the episode in anime and i wanted to continue reading the anime form the end of the anime. also could anyone tell me if its possible to read manga online if so, then where?

Volume six has the chapter about Kyou's true form, the one where Yuki and Tohru go to Ayame's clothes store. Volume 7 has the ones when Hiro shows up and other chapters that aren't in the anime so i would recommend starting from Volume 7 chapter 39. I would suggest reading the manga from the beginning. The anime misses out and changes quite a lot of vital points that happen in the manga. (Eg, reffs to Shigure's dream etc) The final chapter that's covered in the anime is 45 of vol 8 but you'll be missing a lot if you start from there.
