The hidden track on Undertow from TOOL.
The tracks count up to 69 and out of no where you start hearing noises. Its the worst when you doze off and are awakened by it!

Anything from the album 'Murder Ballads' by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Especially 'Song of Joy', 'Where the Wild Roses Grow', 'The Curse of Millhaven', and 'The Kindness of Strangers'. The album is a concept album, where every song is sung from the point of view of a murderer.

Also, Tori Amos's cover of '97 Bonnie & Clyde' by Eminem will not just send chills down your spine, but also leaves you in a sort of mourning.
Her song 'Me & a Gun' sends a different kind of chill - one of the horror of rape.

One more that sends chills down the spine for me is a political song - 'Masters of War' by Bob Dylan. It's creepy because he wrote it so long ago, but it could have been written about the president and politicians today. Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam also covered it.

Marilyn Manson, who seems to be a favorite in this list, did a cover of the Ramones' 'The KKK Took My Baby Away' that was particularly good.

There's so many more, but those are on the top of my head. If you want to listen to these but have trouble finding them, contact me on AIM. SN is the same as here.

The creepiest song that I've ever heard, along with the creepiest music video that I have ever seen, is "Untitled (How Could This Happen To Me?"), by Simple Plan.
