I agree that your forwards are a little weaker than your guards. Most leagues I've seen still have Gay on waivers, and Bell is fine but nothing special.

Both Roy and Kapono are "hot names" in the fantasy world: they seem to trade for a little more than their actual value. And you could stand to lose both (you've got shooters already, so losing Kapono won't destroy you, and Roy is mostly good for points, which you could pick up elsewhere). See if you can package one of them with one of your current starting forwards to get someone a little better.

I would give you about a 75 out of 100. Your guards are superb, but you need help at forward. I would say trade Kobe for a very strong swingman (SG,SF) and another decent forward.

its a solid team you are lacking a great utility player but you can make do with out one unless you are clearly benifiting i dont see why you need to trade. if you are not going to make the playoffs yet you need to shake some stuff up but thats about it. good luck
