I need to borrow 1500.00 and can't get it anywhere. It is a short term loan and badly needed. I have past medical problems and my credit is destroyed??? I need to borrow it for 3 weeks and can pay the interest and all then? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I own my car, but Minnesota will not do a title loan.

Whatever you do, don't take any loan that asks you for and advance fee. They are a scam. And there is some guy right now advertising that he is a Private Lender on Yahoo Answers.
They are all con artists. Do NOT give him your account info. Do NOT send him money.
If he sends you a check, you better make damn sure it CLEARS your bank before you send him any money back because they are using fake money orders and cashiers checks that take up to 30 days to clear, even though your bank has to make the funds available to you in 5 business days. When that check bounces in 30 days, you'll owe all the money back.
Deal with lenders you know or check them out carefully. Be very careful.
