I know it depends on your body and your stage of labor but I was curious about how long it could take.

they started inducing me at 6 am. they broke my water at 7. i felt contractions at 10 am. i pushed at 11 am. pushed 3 times and my son was born at 11:07 am. it is true that everyone is different, luckily mine was easy and short. i hope urs is also!!! good luck and i hope for the best!!

I was induced at 39 weeks and went through 16 miserable hours of labor before ending up with an emergency c-section. Good luck!

My mother was induced for me to be born (3 weeks early but thats because the doctors thought I was a triplet, turn out i was just really really big) But the labor after the induction took 36 hours for me to be born!
I would bring a snack...

I went in to be induced early on a Wednesday and didn't go into labor til 2 am Saturday morning and didn't have my baby til 9:30 pm that night

it took my mom about 2 hours after they induced labor, but that was waaaay after she had already been in labor for 23 1/2 hours. best of luck to you.

I dont want to freak you out but mine took 3 days with my son! I ended up with a c-section.

just dont let them induce you and break your water at the same time......they did that to my friend and she stopped dialting and had to have a c-section.
