The corps is getting out of control and I'm 2nd in command. My commander put me in charge of discipline and I need a way to make the cadets behave better. I can incorporate minor to moderate physical activity. Any ideas?

I would suggest getting an Army Field Manual to do with physical labor and see what they suggest. Obviously, the more serious the infraction, the more serious you would need to make the punishment. After all, those students want to have the discipline that the Army will give, that will help them stay alive in later times, and now is the best time to start.. anybody that can't hack it needs to leave the Corps now!

I suggest you contact a college near you and get a copy of the ROTC Standard Operating Procedures. That will give you a guideline. You might also want to get a copy of the UCMJ, which should be available to you through your curriculum, since I believe it is a required course for ROTC.

If all else fails try the OCS at Ft. Benning Ga and get a list of their gigs.
