try to get attention from media.. such as contact them as Enviroment issue, complain etc2..

You should get a copy of this directory called MAD (Malaysia Advertising Directory) and inside there's list of talent agency whom you can get in touch with and leave your portfolio. They might even do one for you.

It also helps if you have agency friends.
