I had a baby 3 months ago and have not been on the pill because I'm breastfeeding. My husband wears condoms and pulls out to be extra safe, but for the last week I've been unusually nauseous and having leg cramps (just like when I was pregnant with my first). I haven't had a period since giving birth.

Breastfeeding itself can keep you from having periods.

anything is possible as nothing's 100%. buy a test :-)

Good luck.

It may take a couple of months or more before you start your period again after delivery but you can take birth control that's safe while breast feeding just get a prescription from the doc. I would take a test to be sure because your body is still out of sorts post partum.

not really sure but go out and buy a test. Also, I thought that breastfeeding makes it harder for you to get pregnant again so soon. hmmm

It sounds extremely possible. I'd buy a test just to be sure! Good luck!
