You should take another preganancy test. It will never work if you pee on it only a little. If you still have questions whether you are pregnant or not, consult a doctor. They will give you a test. Don't work out until you consult a doctor unless it's minor work-out, no weights, no ab workouts, and check heart rate often.

You should retake the pregnancy test!
The home preg tests are getting better and better, so if you are careful and follow the directions, you should have your answer. If it is really early in your pregnacy, you may have a low amount of HCG built up in your system, so it may be helpful to wait a little while between the tests. Doesn't Clear Blue Easy come with two test wands in the package? As far as exercising during pregnancy, there are a lot of safe exercises you can do. (of course you should talk with your doctor first!) I found a lot of great websites about this while I was pregnant. Densie Austin makes a fun video just for pregnancy. It wouldn't hurt to ask at the gym too. If you are lucky, maybe they will have a class you can take with other mom's to be...but first Retake that test!!!! Good luck!

It really just depends on your body. If you go to a doctor they can tell you if you really are pregnant or not, and tell you whether working out is right for you or not. Some women have to stay on bedrest their entire pregnancy and others can work out every day of their entire pregnancy and have a perfectly healthy baby. So you need to see a doctor to see what they have to say about it. Personally I think you shouldn't at least for the first trimester because that is the most critical time in your pregnancy. If everything goes good after that then I would say it's ok to work out. But no matter how far along you are it is NEVER ok to lift weights. You are NOT supposed to lift over 5 pounds when you're pregnant at any time during the 9 months.

Get another test, to be sure you aren't pregnant. this time pee in a cup and hold the test in the pee for 10 seconds. wait like 3 mins after that and read it. If you aren't pregnant, then you are in the clear, if you are then you need to go to the doctor anyway, so ask your doctor when you get there. They usually don't suggest anything too overly tiring. So i would definetley ask the doc just to be safe. Jes

Im 35 weeks pregnant and I have worked out my entire pregnancy. At the beginning my Dr. told me that as long as i did it before i got pregnant it was fine but not to do any new machines or exercises that i didnt do before i got pregnant. and if i did any type of crunches it had to be on the ball not to lay flat on the ground ever for any exercises.

Working out while pregnant is usually suggested by a doc. They say it is easier in labor and delivery to exersize lightly during. But before doing anything, see a physician. This website should answer more questions you may have and good luck.

moderate exercise is advised by most doctors. They just say not to be involved in many contact sports, and never try to over do it. In other words just take it slow. Theres probably exercise classess at your local hospital/birthing centers. Do you know for sure yet if you are pregnant? Im 13 weeks today.
