We could enforce some sort of Violators patrol.
Remember Yahoo is mostly a free service and rely totally on advertising so if people stop visiting their site they will lose global control.....

not bored or sad, but do have a problem with a lot of the answerers on yahoo. I'm generally happy, smiley. and love life but too many people are miserable old gits!!
