i think you are spelling it wrong but im pretty sure what you are talking about is a douch bag, it is a feminine hygiene product used to clean out in there after a period or just to freshen up. it is a liquid filled bag that has a hose type thing (LOL sorry i cant explain this any better) that is inserted in you, then you spray the liquid up into you and let it fall out.

I think you mean douche-bag. Well back in the day some women with a particularly bad smell down there used to douche (rinse with water and perfume or other susbstances that eliminated/lowered the bad smell). Douche is french for "sweet", so you get the idea.
So originally anyone who was a douche-bag essentially was a foul, disgusting, vulgar person, because the bag that held the douche equipment would probably not be so sanitary. Later on it came to mean someone who did bad things like stealing an elderly person's cane, etc., almost like a scum-bag (a bag to hold semen that Jewish young men used to use in their bedrooms so that mommy didn't catch them doing it in the bathroom, or so my friend Danny Levenstein once told me when were were young adults). Yuck! I think I'll go answer something more savory!

It's douche bag. A douche is a medical term for women who clean out their vagina by spraying water or other liquids by using a bag. People also use it to insult one another. If you want more information on it, go to www.beinggirl.com. It may be a girly site, but there are a lot of answers on it.
