how can i jump higher w/out jump soles ?

Air Alert for the jumping it really works and its not expensive at all no expensive jump soles needed just a simple chart and DVD
your shot is more difficult, the only real way to make it better is repetition over and over and over, start out short range using only your dominant hand and slowly work your way back after a set number of made shots in a row
they both take time but are well worth it

You could use a trampoline to build up your jumping ability. I grew up jumping on the trampoline all the time and I can jump really high now. Some would call me a freak, but it's true. Maybe it will work for you too. See how you can get to using one for yourself.

for jumping you need to work out and get in a better physical shape and try something like Air Alert
Shooting is just repitition get a hoop at your house or go to the Y and practice over and over
