Should I go through the "John Casablanca" agency?

I really need to know, because I'm totally clueless about this kind of stuff.

They are NOT a modeling or talent agency. They're a SCAM!

Legitimate Modeling or Talent Agencies NEVER make you pay. Only scams ask you to pay them.
