yes you can use it...it's really just eucalyptus and glycerin.....no problem to baby as it's not absorbed into your system at all.....if you already have a humidifier for the baby you are expecting, you should run it in your room....if not, get one, you will need it for baby FOR SURE...i never knew how well they worked until i ran it in my room for baby one night when we were both stuffy...it really helped me too!!!

You can use regular Sudafed which is a nasal decongestant..and will help you breath and fall asleep. I have horrible sinus problems and my OB said I can take sudafed every night. You can also use Robitussin, although I'm not sure which kind.. maybe someone else can tell you.
I don't really know about the Vick's..

It is completely safe! As far as decongestants, etc., goes that you take in pill form, stick with Tylenol. My doc recommended the tylenol cold and even sudafed. Ask your's first, but I'm sure he'll tell you the same thing. Good luck and Congratulations!

Yup!! On the sheet my doctor gave me it says YES!
I'm sorry you have a cold though. Make your husband give you a back rub in return for the cold. :-)

Always read the label. I had really bad neck early in my pregnancy and we bought some Tiger Balm. Well, read the label inside the box and it says not to be used by pregnant or lactating women. DAMN.

Yes, you can. Vicks Vapor Rub is not ingested so it doesn't get transferred to the fetus. Its topical application will be beneficial to you and will not harm your baby.

Sure you can use that. There ARE things you CAN take for a cold while pregnant. Ask your doctor about them so you can at least, feel a bit better!
