How do I check if my fuel injectors are clogged(or bad) on a honda civic. It cranks up but doesn't start. I think it might not be getting any fuel. I am not a mechanic though so I need help. If not the injectors does anyone have any other ideas. please help. HAHA

I strongly feel that your fuel pump is simply not giving you the fuel pressure you need. Fuel injected vehiles require a lot of pressure to start and run. Also if your getting good fuel and fire (spark) your timing belt may have jumped a tooth. But im no mechanic either.

That's because of fuel pump in your case. you know that fuel injector is clogged when you have rough idle and loss of power.

You are about 3 steps ahead of where you need to be to start diagnosing this. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a pro. It will cost you less in the long run, since you aren't a mechanic.

Check your fuel pump and relay. It may not be pumping enough. Or maybe the control module, it may not be getting spark.

It could be that your not getting a spark from the distributor cap... check it... even if it gets wet it won't start...
