Yes, it makes you sleep better,because it makes you warm inside. When your'e warm, you are relaxed. When you're relaxed, you become sleepy.

Its more likely the hot milk that makes you sleep and not the coco, coco has caffeine in it.

if chocolate makes u hyper liqudd chocolatee soo it duznt really help you sleep better.

i noe becuase i tired it with my cuz. and it didnt work.

no not for me it does nt try warm milk with a litle peper in it so im told u sleep well

It's the warm milk. If you make it with water it won't work as well.

I love chocoloate in any of it's forms, it can make me feel awake and also sleepy. it depends on my mood.

i say it's the warmth of it all, because when you are warm you are prone to sleep. i also find it relaxing too.
