yes, because cryogenics (making corpse-icles to preserve dead people)(in case someday someone figures out how to Dr. Frankenstein them back to life) freezes the entire body, blood and all. However the flaw in this is that when blood freezes, it expands (because of the water in it) and ruptures the blood vessels. (also that's what frostbite is, your blood freezing in your veins.)

yes as a matter of fact they freeze it at the blood bank to make it last longer.

Any donated blood is frozen after its treated (irradiated) and separated into its parts (red blood cells and plasma)

yes blood can freeze. have you never heard of people freezing to death. but when it is frozen it is damaged (cells).
