What is the maximum adresable memory of a Samsung D600? Some say that a 512 GB card is the largest one that fits.

the old models can only have a 512mb but the new ones e.g the red d600 can have a 1gb =)

A few older models of the D600 were limited to 512MB. But the newer models will accept 1GB.

The only way to be sure is to get a 1GB card and try it. If if doesn't work, take it back for a refund and get the lower capacity card.

It should do. I have an e900 with a 1gb sd card and it works ok.
