Whats the name the stuffed bear that talks back?

My 5 month old fell in love with it but I can't remember what it was called or what company made it. All that I remember that it was a brown bear that would respond back. It asked questions like 'when is your birthday' and would say back 'thats my birthday too' after an answer. Does anyone one know. I was going to buy it over the internet but I've been having a hard time finding it.

teddy ruxpin, you could find the new verison in target, sears, and kmart or walmart.
