Primary numbers are numbers which can be diveded ONLY by 1 and themselves.

All even numbers are NOT primary as they dived by 2. Actually, 2 is the only even primary number as it can be divided only by 1 and itself.

Inetrestingly,1 is not always considered a primary number...

2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29,31...

They are numbers that can only be divided by themselves and by one (and get a whole number). 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13,17, 19, etc.

4 would not be. 4/1 = 4, 4/2 = 2, 4/4 = 1

those are numbers like 17 that cant by broken up into anything except 1 and 17....

ok like 7 (its only factors are 1 and 7) while 4's factors are (1 and 4, and 2 and 2)
