i want to write a note to my friend and give her a heart shaped choclate candy.i want to tell her that i love her like a sister.how should i put it. what else should i write her i am only 11.i know i sound so stupid.but i dont want kids picking and teasing on me for something that is not true

Don't be embarrased and fell like you'll be made fun of ... me and my bestfriends always get eachother cute little gifts ... you love her like a sister so just tell her that, exactly how you feel only you can say what's on your mind ...

I think you should get a card that says something like I love you sister, or sister to sister or something like that. They do have personal cards like that in the store. Instead of the heart shaped candy maybe you can get her a bracelet with a heart on it. They sell things like that at the beauty supply store for one or two dollars. I am much older than you and I would not care what anyone thinks, but I understand your situation

Put it just the way you wrote it here. Like a sister. Or best friends forever. Other kids don't need to know about it. Give it to her someplace other than at school if you're worried about it. It's such a shame that an 11 year old has to worry about sounding gay. It's okay to love people of the same sex!

In a conversation that happens to come up,just tell her that she is your Best Friend and that you love her as a sister. Or just write "Hey what do you think about us being as close as we are friendship wise"? Just tell her that you trust her and love her as if she is like a sister. Maybe if you are so em barest, ask her if you guys could meet somewhere appropriate and just give her the things you want to give her and make it completely clear that you just think of her as a bestfriend/sister then give her a hug. There is nothing wrong with that? I hope this will help.

Okay if I was you I would just write a note and forget about the candy. Just tell her: Dear _________, I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate you being my friend. I feel like you are a sister to me. I consider you as my best friend and I hope you see me as your best friend too. Sincerely, ________
You don't have to put love or anything like that. This keeps you from sounding like you are trying to come on to her.

it won't sound gay. just dont put it in a heart shaped card. put it in normal shape; rectangle or square, and just write what you feel.
Say: (or something like)
I know you've been there for me when it was hard. (if it ever was for you) I just want to tell you thank you, and I love you like a sister.

hi salena. i think that it is SO sweet of you to tell your friend how much you "love" her. i'm 12, and if i were you, i would just tell your friend that you appriciate her and you feel as if she was your sister. and who needs to know that you gave her the note! but just make sure that, in the note, you don't make it 2 mushy. u know what? just imagine that she is your sister. i send emails to my bffs ; and we call each other babe, muffin, and babee cakes all the time. no problem! and even if you do get cruel comments, just remember that you are NOT a lesbian; it is perfectly fine to say that you love ur friend. hope that this was helpful! ;-) <3, sylvia a.

just write exactly how you feel. but if your afraid of kids picking on you then do not give it to her when your in school. wait till you guys are hanging out outside of school. that way the only person that will know about it will be your friend.
