i may have a spring under the basement floor. how do i fix it??

ok more details . . . the water keeps coming in thru my floor. i have to turn on my sump pump every hour to keep the floor somewhat dry.

Roof drains are a common problem when they do not drain the water at least 20 0r more feet from the house proper. They can flood out a basement and even overload a good working sump pump.

Sounds like you need a sump pump.You will also need a back up pump if power fails.That would work off city water only. If you have a well you will have to find another way. I suggest you call a good reputable plumber because this is a complicated job and needs
