A few years ago my kids and I laid outdoors and watched the most fabulous meteor shower! It was like that for three nights in a row. They seemed to come from all directions and went on for hours. It was so lovely!

A few years ago there was a meteor shower - I spent the night watching it with friends form an elevated balcony over Monterey Bay... we never even tried to count, there were literally hundreds. It's generally clear here, so on any night I could spot a few.

the most in one night is 3 ,beautiful camping spot and not a care in the world so star gazing was the best relaxing thing to do and then the added bonus of the shooting stars ,makes we want to go bush.

I've only seen one and I was thrilled! Couldn't believe my eyes. I made a wish too, but it didn't come true.
