I think your right. He even did a song called "Dee dee dee" on one of the episodes of the Carlos Mencia Show. Funny as hell!

Yes, you're right, it IS ,in fact, the comedian Carlos Mencia who started the saying "deedeedee". He's a very funny guy!! You can watch him on the Comedy Channel.

Carlos made it popular but it has been used by people way before him. i remember some cousins of mine using it to describe a retarded kid back in the sixties
