Just moved to a new town. Don't have a job yet and not many leads either. Don't know anyone. Don't suggest play groups, rex is the cat. Any ideas out there?

hmmm.... well I would recommend just be who you are but if you are really eager then you could attend more activites so people could notice you are nice and wont be so distance from you. Second you could start by saying hi and then you would end up talking so that friend will into you to another friend= 1---> 2---> 4----> 6 well you get the point ^_^.

maybe you can just start out by saying hi. that is the easiest way to start. most of my friends were new last year or this year. it is hard to make new friends. you might be afraid people dont like you , but they might. you never know. of course i am just in grade school, so i wouldnt know much. but i do know how it is to be the knew kid.

Move back to where you came from because no one will like you. Ever thought of seeing someone and saying, "Hello." You went to school and learned how to talk for a reason. Quit being a sissy. Get over your fear of people now honey or we'll be studying you along with Ted Bundy.
